Name: NYEC Grape varieties: Xarel•lo, Parellada, Moscatell de gra gros Wine: Young white wine Harvest: 2020 Vineyard: Our vineyards are located about 300 m above sea level, in the terms of Montferri and Vila-rodona. On frank and shallow soils. Vineyards cultivated through organic farming. Winemaking: The grapes are selected and harvested at the optimal time according to the wine we want to obtain. The grapes are skimmed and pressed, and the must is fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 19ºC. It is a wine with minimal intervention in which we only add sulphurous when bottling. Filter it gently before bottling. Description of the wine: This is a light, clear and transparent young yellow white wine. On the nose, we find a mixture of herbal aromas, white fruit and floral given by the set of varieties that are part of this wine. In the mouth, it has a soft entry and a pleasant acidity. The aftertaste is long and persistent. Alcohol content: 12 % vol.
